What is the 48-hour guarantee period?

We want you to only pay for our tools if they are of use to you, therefore we include a 48-hour guarantee period with our subscription so you can try them out. During those 48 hours, if you are not happy with our platform or our tools, we guarantee a full refund. In order to request a refund, or just get in contact with us, please use the Live Chat in the bottom right, or email us at support@ecompilot.net. Do you have any training modules?

Yes, we have training videos and tips on using our tools effectively, as well as frequent blog posts and videos on Dropshipping where we help you with every aspect from research to marketing and automation. We have taken a great deal amount of time to make the UI (User Interface) as intuitive as possible to ensure you can use our tool effectively right from the get-go.

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this by clicking the “My Account” icon in the top right. Cancelling your active subscription will stop the billing and it’s renewal. Do this before the next billing cycle and you won’t be charged again. You can return at anytime. If you cancel during a month and there are days left from a previous payment, you will still have the access until the days run out.

 

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are provided only where necessary and decided on a case-by-case basis, however we will do our best to help solve any issues you may have, including if your are not happy with your service – we reply to and act on all feedback received. If you are having any problems, please contact support and our team will do their best to find a solution.

 

I forgot to cancel, can you do anything?

If you have forgotten to cancel your membership, you will need to contact us immediately. We may be able to offer a small refund if you haven’t used our services for the month charged.

 

Where do I leave suggestions/feedback about the tools/blogs?

We aim to continue improving and adding new features as time goes on, therefore all feedback and suggestions are greatly appreciated from our community.
